SunSeeker Doors Case Study

SunSeeker Doors, a glass door manufacturer based in Luton, contacted me in April 2024 about their website. While it was bringing in sales, their data showed clear room for improvement. Mobile users were struggling with clunky forms, and the site wasn’t appearing for valuable search terms that could bring in qualified leads.

I took on development, conversion optimisation, and content creation, building a site that could actively drive their sales growth. Having one person handle the full package meant consistent quality and faster progress.

What I did

The first priority was rebuilding their website in WordPress with a fresh, faster, and secure foundation. Rather than starting from scratch, I kept their existing visual style but modernised it, ensuring customers would still recognise the brand. The new site loads quickly and works properly across all devices, and was live within two weeks, with no disruption to customers.

Next came a content overhaul on the highest traffic pages, such as product pages. This included search engine optimisation work, adding additional information, improving the presentation, and integrating a “quick quote” form directly into product pages. This change alone increased the conversion rate for those pages by around 50%.

Beyond development, I created a new Guides section on the site. Here, I create articles and guides about topics related to the products they sell. These rank well in Google and bring in potential customers who are actively researching door options.

I still work with them today, focusing on:

Writing new guides and product descriptions

Testing and improving conversion rates

Adding new features based on customer feedback

Keeping their WordPress setup secure and up to date

Project outcome & statistics

October 2023’s figures were modest, with 70 quote requests received through the website. After launching an overhauled website and implementing various improvements, the same month in 2024 brought 114 quote requests – a 68% increase.
