Website SEO Content and Article Writing Service

Creating website content such as articles and blog posts can be a great way to target new search keywords and get found by more potential customers.

Blog post and article creation is a tried and tested strategy used by millions of businesses. But most online articles are terrible.

Problems with most online article writing services:

  • Written by AI with minimal human oversight
  • No consideration of your target audience or their needs
  • Thousands of words but very little useful information
  • Either poor SEO or over-optimised for SEO at the expense of readability and conversion rate
  • Focuses on word count or search rankings rather than value delivered
  • Expensive or part of larger, difficult to change contracts

My approach addresses these issues with:

  • Hybrid research and writing process with AI used strategically
  • Detailed audience research
  • High information density: every sentence has a purpose
  • Balanced SEO optimisation that improves rankings without sacrificing readability
  • Success measured by leads generated and revenue, not just traffic numbers
  • Pricing per article and flexible pricing

I don’t have fixed prices, because I price each project based on what’s actually required to deliver results for your business, and your budgetary and quality requirements. But you can use the prices listed here so you know what to expect.

I don’t believe in removing steps like fact-checking or research to hit a lower price point. Instead, I adjust the scope and depth of these steps based on what we agree each article needs to succeed.

Vision Glass Doors

Client situation and approach

I began working with this glass door manufacturer during a difficult financial period. Their website attracted around 350 visitors monthly and the client needed an SEO content strategy that could deliver measurable business results quickly, but budget limitations meant we had to be strategic about resource allocation from day one.

Strategic compromises

Instead of removing essential steps like keyword research, I adjusted the depth of analysis and content complexity while maintaining the core methodology that drives results.

The strategy centred on identifying high-intent keywords that larger competitors had overlooked or poorly optimised for. Each article targeted specific buyer journeys rather than general information searches. I implemented strategic internal linking to guide visitors from informational content toward product pages and quote requests.

The approach proved itself within the trial period. As organic traffic grew and quote requests multiplied, the client decided to increase the rate of article creation several times, allowing me to expand into even more keywords. The sustained growth in both rankings and business inquiries validated the focus on commercial intent over vanity metrics.

Conversion optimisation

I ensured the articles were structured and added elements like a table of contents, photos, and visuals such as colour charts to keep visitors reading. As traffic and leads increased, I A/B tested embedded quote request forms to increase conversions further for no extra cost.

Results

Quote requests increased from approximately 15 in July 2024 to 85 in July 2025, the majority of which directly from the articles. Monthly website traffic grew from 350 visitors to 5,200 visitors over the same period. According to Ahrefs, in the UK, the website now ranks in the top 20 results for over 1,300 keywords (up from 130), and in the top 100 results for 4,900 keywords (up from 1,300).
